Available Job Opportunities:

1. Senior Officer – Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation

An experienced Senior Officer is needed by TIB Development Bank Limited with the following minimum requirements and will be responsible for the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement comprehensive planning, monitoring, and evaluation systems. Conduct regular assessments to measure progress and impact. Provide strategic insights to enhance program effectiveness.

Requirements:
To be able to be accepted to be a Senior Officer at TIB Development Bank Limited you need to have these minimum requirements:

• Advanced degree in Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in planning, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Business Development Officer Job Vacancy

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, Conduct market research and analysis to inform business strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in business development or sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Principal Officer – Business Development

Responsibilities:

• Lead business development initiatives to drive growth. Develop strategic partnerships and alliances. Oversee the implementation of business development strategies.

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in business development.
• Proven track record of success in driving business growth.
