Marketing Communications Manager | Al Futtaim Automotive | Honda

Overview of the role:The Marketing Communications Manager (MCM) is responsible for overall brand development, brand performance and generating opportunities to do business (OTBs) for Honda Cars (New and pre-owned), Motorcycle, Power Product, Marine and Aftersales in UAE. Team management of direct and indirect reports, Alignment of plans, activities, and budgets to create a Brand representation in the country. Working closely with the OEM, Al-Futtaim Regional Honda companies and Marketing COE counterparts.

Responsibilities
  •  Develop marketing actions in line with the organization annual operational and financial target.
  • Stakeholder engagement with Agency and internal divisions on smooth delivery of campaign on time.
  • PR activation with the media to represent brand stories on digital and offline media .
  • Structured Marketing approach for all Honda brand product line up: Cars, Motor Cycle, Power Products and Marine.
  • Analytical skills to interpret the digital marketing KPIs and develop counteraction when needed.
  • Originating and developing marketing strategy and budget cycle.
  • Activating yearly marketing plan development with Brand Director, direct teams and agency.
  • Brand Governance across all physical and digital environments.
  • Developing and maintaining a communication scorecard, report results periodically, along with findings, recommendations, insights.
  • Management of Creative, Media, Social.
  • Events and sponsorship calendars.
  • Full reporting of regular updates on campaign performance.
  • Marketing budget management.
  • Effective team management.
Required Skills to be successful:
-Experience with managing marketing campaigns, events and sponsorship.
-Experience with managing strategy and budgets.
-Experience with brand development.
-Experience with digital marketing.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
  • 7-10 years’ relevant Marketing experience in the automotive industry.
