JOB PURPOSE:

Plan, lead, control and execute the activities of Production Allocation processes and provide technical advice and system support to the Fields / Terminals and all other stakeholders in line with the overall operations and production support strategies, leadership direction, global best standards and ADNOC ONSHORE business requirements. Lead, drive and govern the evaluation and optimization of well and facility constraints to identify production / injection enhancement opportunities, specifically in the areas of Hydrocarbon Accounting, Production Forecasting, Production Measurement, Production Sustainability, and Inactive Strings reactivation.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 
  • Responsible for the design, development and implementation of policies, practices, frameworks, methodologies and procedures for analytics management, production assessment, availability, assurance, and management across ADNOC ONSHORE to improve overall achievement of production and operations excellence.
  • Drive the standardization of the production measurement and allocation Software together with the inactive strings management modules on one platform to improve and optimize overall value chain coverage and streamline business processes across ADNOC.
  • Drive all Assets, Terminals, and Concessions to consistently comply with the requirements of the ADNOC Onshore measurement manual and the SCFEA (Supreme Council for Financial and Economic Affairs) / or SPC CoPs on metering standards and specifications.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with production allocation, measurement and inactive strings guidelines and operational changes.
  • Responsible to enable the ability of Allocation and Measurement Subject Matter Experts (SME) to perform complex and advanced production allocation methods with highly accurate meter figure inputs.
  • Responsible to drive the provision of standard tools, techniques, and methodology assurance to Improved data quality and enhanced reporting and analytics capabilities.
  • Implement audit recommendations pertaining to production allocation and assurance practices and procedures improvement action plans and follow up on open items in order to ensure that all improvement opportunities are capitalised on.
  • Establish a coherent, accurate production measurement process for production quantity and quality to provide a dependable input to the company reporting system, thus supporting management decisions.
  • Define and develop ADNOC ONSHORE’s practices, overarching methodologies and procedures for accurate analysis, calculations and forecasting of production allocations and assurance in line with leadership direction, overall strategy, ADNOC ONSHORE business requirements and leading practices in order to achieve operational excellences, optimum productivity and cost efficiencies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of production allocation and assurance practices and procedures in order to ensure that activities are effective and achieving the desired results whilst recommending areas of improvement to achieve desired quality standards and mitigate risks.
  • Monitor the implementation of defined production allocation and assurance analysis and management activities across assets in order to ensure compliance with developed standards and procedures.
  • Lead/ conduct data gathering, performance forecasting studies, root cause analyses in order to identify areas of improvement and report results to support key decision making on well performance, production assurance and allocation during the production life cycle, and support performance enhancements.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:


Minimum QualificationBachelor Degree in Petroleum or Chemical Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in Quality, Business Process and Performance Management systems.
