 Shortlisted Candidates for Interview OUT

The Deputy Vice Chancellor of the Open University of Tanzania (OUT) would like to inform all job applicants that interviews are expected to be conducted from 25-06-2024 to 27-06-2024, and successful candidates will be assigned work stations. Applicants called for the interview should adhere to the following instructions:

1. The interview will take place from the date shown in this announcement. The time and location for each category have been specified.
2. Every candidate must arrive at the interview venue wearing a face mask.
3. Each candidate must bring identification for verification.
4. Acceptable forms of identification include: Resident ID, Voter ID, Work ID, Citizenship ID, or Passport.
5. Candidates must bring their ORIGINAL certificates, including birth certificate, O-Level and A-Level certificates, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree, and other relevant qualifications.
6. Candidates presenting Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, or O-Level and A-Level result slips will NOT be accepted and will NOT be allowed to proceed with the interview.
7. Each candidate is responsible for their own food, transport, and accommodation expenses.
8. Each candidate should pay attention to the date, time, and location assigned for their interview.
9. Applicants who studied outside of Tanzania should ensure their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTE, or NECTA).
10. Applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement did not meet the criteria. However, they are encouraged to reapply when job vacancies are advertised again and meet the requirements of the specific announcement.
11. For categories requiring professional registration, candidates should come with their original registration certificates and work licenses.
12. All candidates called for the interview must log into their accounts and copy their exam numbers as these will not be provided on the interview day.
13. All candidates are informed that Dar es Salaam city experiences traffic congestion, especially in the mornings and evenings, so they are advised to be mindful of the interview start time.
