Job Purpose

Responsible to analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide meaningful insights and support strategic decision-making within the organization

Key Responsibilities

Business performance analysis:

• Analyze business performance of Distribution vertical consolidated and sub-verticals in terms of financial aspects, but also tracking and analysis with respect to competition, market share.
• Manage and execution of total African business analysis e.g. o Monthly business analyses. o BCM decks. o Quarterly review decks. o Board presentations. o Other analyses as directed by Distribution CEO and CFO. Annual Business Plan :
• Consolidation of all country ABP submissions into consolidated and sub-vertical businesses and all preparation of all required analysis.
• Submission of consolidated ABP to TIL head office.
• Resolution of and amendments to ABP of all changes as agreed by ABP review committee and/or Board.
• Submission of final approved ABPÂ’s to TIL head office, finance department for monthly reporting purposes. Specail Projects:
• Manage and execute all special projects as directed by Distribution CEO and Distribution CFO including, but not limited to: oAcquisition or disposal of businesses / business units o Acquisition or disposal of fixed property.

Educational Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant

Desired Profile (Experience)

• 5-10 years of experience Business and Financial Analyst

Industry Preference: Trading and Distribution
